@VectorStyler it’s the same file I sent by email link in relation to the GPU view crashes yesterday. It’s a covered wagon from the American west circa 1800s. I can send again if needed. I also have the setting checked to separate with the tool already

@VectorStyler This is the pdf I get from File->Export->pdf. Gray square shows up when I view it with Apple's Preview app. I can send it via email if you like. Same address as the crash dump I sent earlier? BTW: This isn't a fatal bug. I can still work by copy/paste. The drag and drop function is doing something odd. VS_doc.pdf

@Boldline For the Path Simplifier tool (not the command), there should be a Smoothness option in the context panel, and also you can double click the tool icon for additional options.
