  @Arde This issue has been fixed in the new build. The EPS file exporting with adjustment layer was broken.

  @Boldline The issue is caused by stroke expansion on complex shapes. The cleanup scheme is not working well. This is in the backlog, but the fix will not be soon.

  @VectorWhiz Multiple screen handling has been improved in the new build. The problems were the same on Windows and Mac versions.

  Opened a bug on this one. Meanwhile, panels can also be closed by selecting the (checked) menu item in the Panels menu.

  @syllie If any tool tips are wrong or missing, please let me know. The bug was about the Windows adaptation layer not handling tool tips correctly.

  ok - i think i see what you mean - I am checking that out now - it may solve the other post I just made and allowing for individual shape edits and moving within an existing grouping update: yes that was my issue.. I was able to use the context panel options to achieve what i wanted with that. I like the dialed down specificity of each option and how it's all within the transform tool. It will take my brain a little time to re-learn it!

  @Boldline I got the file. When I try to merge those 3 objects (top 2 path and the group) the objects stay in place. Seems that something is different in this file and the video. I will look into this more.

  ok that makes sense. When using the destructive method - when i do intentionally commit to the change, it leaves a copy of the original shape behind. So I end up with two shapes in the end - the initial shape and the modified shape. I wasn't sure at first if I liked that or not - so used to copying the initial shape to memory, doing an offset path and then pasting in place over top, the original piece again (in illustrator). your method of leaving the initial shape there and creating a new shape means it is not 100% destructive (I can still access the original) and I don't have to remember to make a copy of the initial piece before i use offset path

  @vectoradmin From the point of view of the unity of the software as a whole, there may be room for consideration. It may be better to "display" and "hide" with toggle on and toggle off.

  if it helps any, this happened repeatedly in that session. Several times I would bring the number down using the down arrow for the "line" option but as soon as I hovered over the up arrow, it raced up super fast to 8 again. It did not work properly again until I closed out that panel and double clicked to make a new one and tried again.
