  @creative ok , as you are on mac dont know if you know " PatternNodes" ? where the company call it self " lostminds" this app works also with nodes and offers import of Bitmaps too here a link https://www.lostminds.com/patternodes3/ i always recommend also "Affinity Designer" for Pattern making, because Symbols in AD offers also flexible ways of doing this you can even use ADs Symmetrie Tool (PixelPersona) inside of a Symbol and draw with it

  Here a video, its very old :), but shows the Watercolor Brush a bit. It is still vector graphics, therefore resolution independent. This Watercolor Brush is build in on the iPad app. I bought a few other one too. Watercolor the Vector graphics app "Concepts"

  Welcome! I hope you will find all you need with VectorStyler. I too have used tons of other (commercial and open source) vector editors and have totally fallen in love with VectorStyler for all its capabilities, active community, responsive developer and I cannot wait to see where it will take us.

  Short Update on SVG-Paths in Rebelle 7 Since the latest 7.1 update You can use multiple Paths and Stencils at the same time now. Also both together. Creating a Selection from a Path is now possible. Filling a Path is now also possible, in this way: Place a Path on the canvas create a Selection from the Path and fill the Selection. Stencils can be created from a Selection. Also a Selection from a Stencil. All in all, that new improvements make working with Paths and Stencils in Rebelle more useful.

My thinking is that it would set the whole paragraph to a fixed leading (ex. 12 pt), and character leading could override this value (leading could also be missing from the character attributes, if overrides are cleared).
