  Thank you very much! The new version has finally fixed everything. This is a feature I would have wanted from day one. Now the workflow will definitely speed up! Thank you again.

  @pilkafa I will test if the "Common" curve should also affect the position, but in the meanwhile use the "Position" curve

  @VectorStyler  The entire file is ready—you can directly copy everything to VS. However, the red and white (paths/elements) will break/disconnect.

  @fdarnel I got the file, this is the same bug as I mentioned earlier with the UI display of stroke width. The fix will be in the next build

  @VectorStyler Since I found this by chance, I wasn't aware that it is related to the Blend Tool. Therefore, I thought it was a general feature of a Blend or smooth. But now i know how it works, thanks.

  @Subpath Yes, this is a known issue. A workaround: place the image into an other clipping shape (can be a rectangle of the same size). The image can be drag&dropped into this clipping shape in the layers panel. Then use the boolean exclude on the clipped image. This will exclude from the clipping and not the image shape, so the image size will not be changed.

  @monsterfox I added these to the backlog (1) and (3). The problem for (2): all images are clipped (in a rectangle initially, but clipped), this clipping "frame" can be styled with fill and stroke, just like any other object.
