@EricP Thanks, I'm glad it's helpful. Yes, I was surprised and very pleased too. Its also great and fantastic that the randomize function will use the selected colors only then. Love that Feature.

@monsterfox , @VectorStyler . . You can't simply create a color palette and color your shapes with it. There is a little more to do then this Either You need to determine the object order and adjust the colors in your palette to that order. Or create the objects of your Design according to a specific system/order so that the order in which the objects are created are always the same. In addition, the number of shapes in the design must match the number of colors in the color palette. The Shape Builder trick can only be used to a limited extent here, and only with objects that don't overlap. Here is a video where I created a color palette according to the selection order of your design. Here the video

Another nice result with this type of pattern creation which work even on simple shapes. All you have to do is apply an offset shape effect to it. . . . . And dont forget you could duplicate a composite Shape use the Pattern above but duplicated the circle here which leads to this pattern

@William-Kansepa Thank you, i just like to experiment and i am still on a journey of discovery and many areas will probably remain undiscovered That's why I don't see Vectorstyler as a Beast for me its more an interesting Tool that invites you to explore It's nice when these discoveries inspire others, just as I am inspired by the finds of others. By the way, we can all only become smarter if we share our knowledge

@pentool Really great I'm working on an axonometric project. Any tips and workflows like these are extremely welcome (as are those from @Devil-Dinosaur) The videos are no longer available, however. It would be particularly useful to have a 3d tool in VS. I think I saw it in the roadmap.

@Subpath Yes, Repeater is incredibly powerful. The earlier part can also be done using cloning, but unfortunately the bug related to refreshing hasn't been fixed yet. So I switched to using symbols instead, making everything non-destructive. VS is truly impressive!
