@Boldline There is a button for that in the Stroke panel (second for right). I can add it to the Stroke Width panel also.

@encart The problem is that the default character style now is inherited from the character style changes on a text selection (per an other request). So the only way to change the default character style is to select a text shape and change some of the character style options (font name, size, etc). The next (new) text shape or frame then will have this new style. This is also default style is saved with the document. I will have to add an option to choose between the above vs the default styles defined in the Styles panel.

what if it went from red to orange once clicked on while it's saving? then back to gray when done?

@Vector-Rock Cursor quality has been improved in build 1.0.045 and cursor size can be set in Preferences -> User Interface -> Cursor Scaling.

@Vector-Rock Some improvements on default options are available now. The defaults are still set in the color (or other) panel, but they are not updated as objects are selected (Preferences -> Editing -> Update Default Styles)

@vectoradmin Thanks. My long time fog has lifted. It was my assumption that a single Red dot has many different properties. I tried to change the color and size of each in the preferences. When I expanded Node scaling, the colors became more visible and easier to use.

@vectoradmin （1.0.041） I liked the "Light Grey" mode the best. I'll probably keep using this mode. If possible, it would be nice to have a lighter dark on the dark side as well. On the other hand, in general： It's nice to be able to customize it to the user's liking. However, I think it would be better to have a default pattern as the identity of the app.
