Could Tab by default instead of Spacebar be a better alternative for this? As long as it can be changed to your own choice in Preferences, it really doesn't matter what the default is. Sure, but easy-to-figure-out defaults matter for beginners, that's what we are discussing in this thread after all (most everybody was a bit surprised that the Spacebar is used for this). Anyway, maybe Tab is not intuitive either. Please ignore.

@Igull Thanks, absolutely a time saver, but would be great it could be as simpe as in Blender. ? - search for a command - RMB - FAV - DONE. Menu ready. No need for any fancy dialogs.

@VectorStyler Don't forget the main issue, where I scale the text UP and the whole paragraph is moving down, even if it's top could still fit the shape.

@Boldline Can be replicated here. The difficulty with this case is that offsetting open paths is still problematic. One option would be to automatically close when creating the offset, if the two ends are overlapping. But that would mean a slightly different result than an open offset. I added this to the backlog. Would auto-closing be acceptable?

@Boldline It seems to be working here (could test on an Intel Macbook Pro for now), if I select parts or all the halftone vectors, duplicating works without slowing down. If you have time to make a recording, I might be able to find the issue.

@Boldline Check if this happens with other apps. When using Mac Mini M1 (first edition), I do get issues with the BT mouse, and this was reported as a known problem in those machines.

@Igull your welcome Nice to hear that is useful. At some point, it has become a routine for me to search for web apps when I need a certain function. It's amazing what can be done with it today. ...hopefully at some point VS will be able to do that... You could put it as a feature request in the Ideas and Features section in this forum
